Building a High Performing Cybersecurity Program

The mission of Billington CyberSecurity is to provide cybersecurity education for decision-makers and to enhance the cybersecurity of networks and data for all sectors—the government, military and private sector.

To that end, I am pleased to announce a new joint partnership with Robert Bigman, the President of 2BSecure and the CISO at the CIA for 15 years. He will be conducting a new two-day intensive workshop called Building a High Performing Cybersecurity Program on November 17-18 in Chevy Chase, Maryland. This interactive session will comprise lectures, questionnaires, roundtable discussions and workshops--all aimed at understanding key strategies and identifying specific actions to effectively improve information security within an organization. The program will also include detailed, step-by-step guidance on how to develop, implement and maintain a cybersecurity framework. All the discussions will be confidential, allowing attendees to discuss their company’s cybersecurity architecture and challenges. This session is invitation only, unclassified, off the record and open to senior level executives and citizens from the US or allied nations.

About Your Workshop Leader: Robert Bigman is President of 2BSecure and an acknowledged leader in cybersecurity. He is the longest serving government CISO. With over 25 years of information security experience, Mr. Bigman served the last 15 years as the CIA’s Chief Information Security Officer. Receiving numerous awards, he built the model information security program in the U.S. Intelligence Community. He contributed to almost every Intelligence Community and U.S. Government information security policy and frequently briefed congressional committees and presidential commissions. Now as President of 2BSecure he works with corporations and government to establish effective, integrated cybersecurity programs. Mr. Bigman is an outstanding speaker and is consistently one of the highest rated speakers at Billington CyberSecurity events. Now he will be available just for you and your staff for two intensive full days.

Fees to Attend: The fee for the two-day workshop for corporations is $2895 and includes all course materials and a continental breakfast and lunch on both days, plus afternoon refreshment breaks. The government/military rate is $2500/per person. When registering online, there is an additional processing fee. When paying by check, there is no additional processing fee.
